The game

Cutie Poo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Optional premium unlock

Cutie Poo is free to play. An optional premium unlock is available as an in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can restore a previous purchase from the in-game Settings using the same Apple ID.

Apple's standard EULA

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on this page.
